A new chapter for employee benefits in Greece.Meet Flow
FOR HR, OPERATIONS & PAYROLL

A new benefit. A clear way to launch.

We start with your data and your payroll cycle. Together, we plan your onboarding and launch.

Let’s talk
YOUR CYCLE, IN ORDER

Payday

Withdrawal principal
Withdrawal fees

Two separate collections. The same Direct Debit mandate.

IN PRACTICE

Start with the right data.

01

People & pay

Employee details, payroll ID, confirmed hours and pay rate. We check completeness and approval of the data.

02

Connection & rules

We assess API access or secure files, update frequency, limits and dates. We don’t assume every system is already connected.

03

Supported onboarding

We test data matching, payroll reconciliation and communications with a selected group before expanding.

What happens at payroll?

At period cut-off, at 23:59 on the agreed date, amounts are finalised. Principal and withdrawal fees are billed separately. Two employer collections are scheduled for payday using the same SEPA Direct Debit mandate.

Your payroll team receives the breakdown for the agreed deductions. The employee’s take-home pay is reduced by withdrawals and any employee-paid fees.

THE BUSINESS CASE

Keep your people. Fill more shifts.

Two goals with real commercial value: fewer people leaving and more willingness to pick up extra shifts when access to earnings comes sooner.

PUBLISHED EWA MARKET EVIDENCE22%

lower employee turnover

Keeping experienced people can reduce recruitment, onboarding and replacement costs.

PUBLISHED EWA MARKET EVIDENCE12%

more shifts filled

Earlier access to earnings can make an extra shift more attractive and help teams cover their rota.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s make it clear.

Have another question?
Does our payday change?

No. Flow’s model funds employee withdrawals and collects repayment from the employer on payday. The corresponding payroll adjustments are agreed with your payroll team before launch.

What does it cost?

Pricing and who covers the fees are agreed with each employer. Employees always see their fee before confirming. The example on this site is illustrative, not a commercial offer.

How much can an employee access?

Only a portion of confirmed earnings, within limits agreed with the employer. Previous withdrawals and fees reduce the available balance. The service does not provide access to future earnings.

Will the money arrive instantly?

The aim is delivery in seconds where SEPA Instant is supported. Timing depends on the receiving bank and payment route. Instant arrival is not guaranteed.

Do employees need a new bank account?

No. Flow pays existing EUR bank accounts using an IBAN. Employees do not need a Revolut account.

Will it work with our systems?

We first check how your system exports employee details, approved hours and pay rates. Depending on the system, we assess API access or secure files. Compatibility is confirmed before onboarding.

A GOOD NEXT STEP
